DISPATCH & DELIVERY
Deliveries will be calculated on the quantity or size of your order, we are happy to dispatch it to you if your delivery address is within mainland England, Wales or Scotland.
IN STOCK PRODUCTS:
In stock items have a lead time of 4-10 working days until products have been delivered. Please note that the delivery availability is dependent on your location within the UK.
OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS:
Items that are out of stock will range on lead times depending on the supplier of the product. If the product is made to order the lead time can be anything from 4-12 weeks. Please note that the delivery availability is dependent on your location within the UK.
From the moment you place your order with Mr&Mrs Bathrooms Online, our dedicated sales team will track the order through to delivery. Our courier will give you an hour time slot on the morning of your delivery.
Please do ensure that there is always a team onsite to receive your delivery. Check the delivery as soon as it arrives to ensure that there are no products missing or damaged, then notify us via email within 24 hours of delivery so our sales team can rectify the issue as soon as possible.
Mr&Mrs Bathrooms Online offers international delivery wherever possible.
Please talk to us about your requirements. Normally we will produce an estimate of delivery costs by your preferred method, or suggest other options.
Occasionally we are limited by size, weight or insurance cover, but we will explore all possible alternatives with you first.

1. What happens after I place my order online?
Once you’ve placed an order with Mr&Mrs Bathrooms Online, you will receive a confirmation email to notify you that we have received your order. You will then receive a phone call within 4 working days to confirm a delivery date. If the delivery date is not what you expected please let our sales team know and we can do our best to change the order.
2. Can I change items on my order online?
If you wish to make changes to an order you’ve already placed, you can do so by calling the sales team on 01329 800812 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org Please note this can only be done within 3 working days of your order
3. If some of my items are out of stock, what happens with the rest of my order?
We will wait until all items are in stock to dispatch your order.
Please note special finish products and made to order products are non refundable.
You have the right to cancel the contract for internet or telephone-based sales at any time up to 10 working days after receipt of delivery of the goods by notifying us by email.
If you cancel the contract and the goods have already been dispatched, you must return them to us in saleable condition in the original packaging, at the address stated within the Returns Policy at your own expense and risk.
On receipt of the goods, we will refund the cost of the goods to the original payment method. Refunds will not be made for goods that show signs of attempted installation, whether or not in original packaging. If the goods have not yet been dispatched, we will cancel your order and refund the cost of the goods to the original payment method.
